Assistant:in Quality Management (m/f/d) - digital medical devices

• You support us in the introduction, further development and enforcement of our QM standards (ISO 13485, ISO 27001).
• You adapt our existing quality management processes, monitor and optimise them in the long term.
• Process descriptions are created, checked and evaluated by you.
• You are the contact person for all technical questions concerning quality management.
• You are responsible for the collection and evaluation of quality assurance key figures as well as regular reporting to the management.
• Your area of responsibility includes the conception and implementation of training courses for our team members.
• You take care of the implementation as well as the preparation and follow-up of our audits and the support of certifications.
• Last but not least, you also support the further development and monitoring of the management systems (QMS).

• Previous experience in quality management, preferably in the field of medicine, ideally with certification
• Knowledge of ISO standards for quality management systems
• You have a good understanding of software development processes.
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Very good written and spoken German
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Independent, careful and goal-oriented way of working
• The ability to work in a team and enthusiasm for our applications round off your profile.
