2nd interview & assessment centre<\/h2>

After we have checked your documents and you have convinced us, the recruiting team will contact you.<\/p>

The next step is to get to know each other on site. This consists of two components.<\/p>

1.<\/strong> Firstly, we clarify the general conditions and open questions with you. We try to get a first impression of you and find out whether you would be a good fit for our team.<\/p>

2.<\/strong> The second part consists of a small assessment centre. We use this to check whether you fulfil the technical requirements for an apprenticeship or dual study programme. This allows us to make sure that you are up to the demands of the degree programme or apprenticeship.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

You convinced us in the first interview and we convinced you too? Then it's time for the second interview. Other colleagues from the team may be present here. They can tell you about their experiences and answer any technical questions you may have. We go into more detail about the technical requirements and what you can expect from us.
