It is important to us that you feel comfortable right from the start and can understand where you stand at any time and what the next steps are. 2. Kennenlern-Gespräch #1

Mach dir einen ersten Eindruck von uns und zeig‘ uns wer du bist

Nachdem wir deine Unterlagen geprüft haben und du uns überzeugt hast, wird dich unser Recruiting Team kontaktieren. Der nächste Schritt kann ein Telefoninterview zur Klärung offener Fragen sein oder direkt ein erstes Kennenlernen vor Ort. Hier geht es darum, die Rahmenbedingungen zu besprechen, einen ersten Eindruck von dir zu bekommen und zu schauen, ob du in unser Team passt. Selbstverständlich kannst du uns als Arbeitgeber hier näher kennenlernen und deine Fragen zur Stelle klären.

3. Kennenlern-Gespräch #2

Erfahre mehr Details über die Stelle und lerne zukünftige Teammitglieder kennen

Du hast uns im ersten Gespräch überzeugt und wir dich auch? Dann geht es zum zweiten Gespräch. Hier möchten wir mit dir detaillierter über deine Aufgaben bei uns sprechen. Du lernst potenzielle zukünftige Teammitglieder kennen und kannst mit Ihnen auch all deine fachlichen Fragen klären.

Die Kennenlerngespräche sind geschafft und du bist genau so überzeugt von uns wie wir von dir? Dann herzlich willkommen bei Qurasoft! Wir besprechen mit dir alle Angebotsdetails, du erhältst die benötigten Unterlagen per Mail bzw. per Post und wir fangen an, dein Onboarding bei uns vorzubereiten.

Our application tips

What we need from you

It is best to send us all the important documents directly with your application. This primarily includes your CV and certificates. A cover letter can explain your motivation or certain decisions in your CV - but is not absolutely necessary.

We are all on a first-name basis

We are on first-name terms with the entire team, from interns to management! We start with this in the application process. That's why you're welcome to address us directly by our first names in your cover letter. This makes communication more relaxed - for you and for us!

Come as You Are

Wearing a blazer or a freshly ironed shirt to a job interview? Gladly, if you like! But we don't expect that. Come to work in a hoodie, jeans and sneakers - whatever you feel comfortable in. This also applies to the interview!
