The practice in Kirn has been treating heart failure patients digitally for a year now. Patients measure their vital signs conveniently at home and the data is automatically transmitted to the practice, where it is displayed in a clear dashboard.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
