de monitorizaci\u00f3n es una opci\u00f3n sensata para controlar par\u00e1metros como el peso y la tensi\u00f3n arterial que no registran los dispositivos invasivos.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section disponen de funciones de monitorizaci\u00f3n integradas, \u00e9stas se centran principalmente en la funcionalidad del propio dispositivo y en arritmias cardiacas espec\u00edficas. En la insuficiencia card\u00edaca, sin embargo, son de crucial importancia otros par\u00e1metros que no registra la monitorizaci\u00f3n interna de los implantes card\u00edacos.<\/p><p>Por tanto, la telemonitorizaci\u00f3n externa de par\u00e1metros vitales como la tensi\u00f3n arterial y el peso ofrece ventajas adicionales:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div del implante de ritmo (GOP 13574)<\/li><li>La facturaci\u00f3n es independiente del tipo de dispositivo implantado, siempre que exista el diagn\u00f3stico de insuficiencia cardiaca y se cumplan los beneficios adicionales.<\/p><p>A la hora de identificar a los pacientes id\u00f3neos con implantes card\u00edacos, debe seguir el QS-V TmHi <strong>siguiente<\/strong> <strong>Requisitos previos<\/strong> <strong>nota<\/strong>:<\/p><ul><li>insuficiencia card\u00edaca diagnosticada (independiente del implante)<\/li><li>Estadio NYHA-II o NYHA-III<\/li><li>Fracci\u00f3n de eyecci\u00f3n &lt; 40 %<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
