  1. Si vous \u00eates \u00e9ligible pour la t\u00e9l\u00e9surveillance de l'insuffisance cardiaque, votre cabinet vous cr\u00e9era comme patient dans SaniQ C\u0152UR.<\/li>
  2. Nous vous fournissons un kit de d\u00e9marrage avec 3 appareils de mesure et des instructions d\u00e9taill\u00e9es sur la mani\u00e8re de proc\u00e9der. Installation et utilisation de l'application patient SaniQ C\u0153ur<\/a>.<\/li>
  3. Vous installez l'application patient sur votre smartphone et connectez l'application \u00e0 votre cabinet m\u00e9dical de cardiologie.<\/li>
  4. Guid\u00e9 par l'application patient, vous effectuez une fois par jour une mesure avec chacun des 3 appareils de mesure (tension art\u00e9rielle, poids, ECG). Les valeurs sont automatiquement transmises \u00e0 l'app patient et au logiciel du cabinet.<\/li>
  5. La t\u00e9l\u00e9surveillance d\u00e9marre :<\/strong> Si vos valeurs changent de mani\u00e8re anormale, votre cabinet de cardiologie en sera imm\u00e9diatement inform\u00e9.
