optie voor het monitoren van parameters zoals gewicht en bloeddruk die niet worden geregistreerd door invasieve ge\u00efntegreerde bewakingsfuncties hebben, zijn deze voornamelijk gericht op de functionaliteit van het apparaat zelf en specifieke hartritmestoornissen. Bij hartfalen zijn echter andere parameters van cruciaal belang die niet worden geregistreerd door de interne bewaking van hartimplantaten.<\/p><p>Externe telemonitoring van vitale parameters zoals bloeddruk en gewicht biedt daarom extra voordelen:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-515b325 diagnose hartfalen aanwezig is en aan de inclusiecriteria wordt voldaan.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section hartfalen (onafhankelijk van het implantaat)<\/li><li>Stadium NYHA-II of NYHA-III<\/li><li>Ejectiefractie &lt; 40 %<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
