optie voor het monitoren van parameters zoals gewicht en bloeddruk die niet worden geregistreerd door invasieve Bij hartfalen zijn echter andere parameters van cruciaal belang die niet worden geregistreerd door de interne bewaking van hartimplantaten.<\/p><p>Externe telemonitoring van vitale parameters zoals bloeddruk en gewicht biedt daarom extra voordelen:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-515b325 hartfalen (onafhankelijk van het implantaat)<\/li><li>Stadium NYHA-II of NYHA-III<\/li><li>Ejectiefractie &lt; 40 %<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
