Accountant (m/f/d)

• You will independently process and allocate incoming and outgoing invoices.
• You prepare payment runs and process them reliably.
• You will be involved in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• You will be responsible for document management, including archiving and filing.
• You carefully maintain the master data of our debtors.
• You will also be responsible for dunning and receivables management.
• You are responsible for submitting the monthly advance VAT return on time.
• As a contact person for our customers, you clarify questions about payment methods and invoices.
• You will work closely with our tax advisor and support him in all relevant matters.

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have at least two years of professional experience in the field.
• You are fit in dealing with the common Microsoft Office products
• Existing knowledge of Sage or DATEV is an advantage.
• You have strong communication and expressive skills.
• You enjoy working in a team, but are also used to working independently and on your own responsibility.
• Very good written and spoken German language skills are essential.
• A good command of written and spoken English is a plus.
