Depending on the illness, patients receive pre-configured sensor technology from us to start immediately (e.g. devices for measuring blood pressure, weight or heart and lung function).

Step 1

Creating a patient

When you create a new patient in SaniQ, the system automatically triggers the dispatch of the appropriate measuring devices.

Step 2

Automated dispatch

The measuring devices and instructions for carrying out telemonitoring with SaniQ usually leave the warehouse on the same day.

Step 3

Onboarding & Support

Should technical problems occur, we will take care of the maintenance or replacement of the devices.
