You are the contact person for our customers in the field of plastic surgery, handle claims and answer technical questions.
Maintaining and updating contract management and claim management are among your main tasks.
You process enquiries by e-mail or telephone.
You will be responsible for general back office tasks.
Completed commercial vocational training (e.g. as an insurance clerk or similar)
Ideally at least 1 year of professional experience
Independent and structured way of working
Reliability and diligence
Confident handling of MS Office
Very good written and spoken German
