We want to make our introductory process as simple and transparent as possible. It is important to us that you feel comfortable right from the start and can understand where you stand at any time and what the next steps are. That's why you'll find a detailed description of our general application process here.
1st application

2nd familiarisation meeting #1
Make a first impression of us and show us who you are
After we have checked your documents and you have convinced us, our recruiting team will contact you. The next step may be a telephone interview to clarify any unanswered questions or an initial meeting on site. The aim here is to discuss the general conditions, get a first impression of you and see whether you would fit into our team. Of course, you can get to know us as an employer better here and clarify any questions you have about the position.
3rd familiarisation meeting #2
Find out more details about the position and get to know future team members
You convinced us in the first interview and we convinced you too? Then it's time for the second interview. Here we would like to talk to you in more detail about your tasks with us. You will get to know potential future team members and can also clarify all your technical questions with them.
4th offer
Become part of Qurasoft!
The introductory talks are over and you are just as convinced of us as we are of you? Then welcome to Qurasoft! We will discuss all the details of the offer with you, you will receive the necessary documents by e-mail or post and we will start preparing your onboarding with us.
You will receive all the other information you need for your start with us at least two weeks before your first day of work.
Our application tips
What we need from you
It is best to send us all the important documents directly with your application. This primarily includes your CV and certificates. A cover letter can explain your motivation or certain decisions in your CV - but is not absolutely necessary.
We are all on a first-name basis
We are on first-name terms with the entire team, from interns to management! We start with this in the application process. That's why you're welcome to address us directly by our first names in your cover letter. This makes communication more relaxed - for you and for us!
Come as You Are
Wearing a blazer or a freshly ironed shirt to a job interview? Gladly, if you like! But we don't expect that. Come to work in a hoodie, jeans and trainers - whatever you feel comfortable in. This also applies to the interview!
