Telemonitoring with SaniQ HERZ is child's play for heart failure patients: you measure your values every day and the technology takes care of the rest.

How telemonitoring works with SaniQ HERZ

SaniQ HERZ works in combination with 3 measuring devices, the SaniQ patient app and the "SaniQ Praxis" software for doctors.

Start of telemonitoring

The process in detail:

  1. If you are suitable for telemonitoring for heart failure, your practice will add you as a patient in SaniQ HERZ.
  2. You will then receive a starter pack from us with 3 measuring devices and detailed instructions on how to use them. Installation and use of the SaniQ HERZ patient app.
  3. You install the patient app on your smartphone and connect the app to your cardiologist's practice.
  4. Guided by the patient app, you take a measurement once a day with each of the 3 measuring devices (blood pressure, weight, ECG). The values are automatically transferred to the patient app and the practice software.
  5. Telemonitoring starts: If your values change abnormally, your cardiology practice will be informed immediately. The practice will then contact you and adjust your therapy if necessary.
