Telemonitoring: Why is it good for me?

With telemonitoring, your cardiac health is monitored by your cardiology practice using the patient app SaniQ HEART remotely monitored. You benefit from this in several ways.

1. data-based therapy

Your daily measured vital signs provide a deep insight into the progression of your illness - and data-based optimisation of therapy.

2. increased protection

SaniQ automatically recognises when your vital signs exceed critical values. This helps to prevent episodes of illness like our Case study shows.

3. more expertise

Measuring and monitoring your vital signs improves your understanding of your illness and increases your ability to actively participate in therapy.

Telemonitoring with SaniQ - How does it work?

Telemonitoring with SaniQ HERZ is child's play: you measure your values every day and the technology takes care of the rest.

Telemonitoring SaniQ
SaniQ HERZ works in combination with 3 measuring devices, the SaniQ patient app and the "SaniQ Praxis" software for doctors.

To start telemonitoring, you will receive a starter pack from us with 3 measuring devices and detailed instructions on how to use them. Installation and use of the SaniQ patient app.

The application:

  1. Guided by the patient app, you take a measurement once a day with each of the 3 measuring devices (blood pressure, weight, ECG).
  2. The values are automatically transferred to the SaniQ patient app and the practice software.
  3. If one of the values is outside the normal range, your cardiologist will be informed immediately. Your cardiologist can then initiate therapeutic countermeasures.

3 steps to telemonitoring

Talk to your cardiology practice about the possibility of telemonitoring. With SaniQ, you can quickly start telemonitoring together - the costs are fully covered by health insurance for high-risk patients!
